Hey, all! It's been a while since I've perused the Tribe forums, but I'm coming back with a bang...lots of stuff to get out of my dance closet in preparation to fill it up with new goodies. There are belts, pantaloons, hip scarves, veils, jewelry, and more...let's get started!

** NOTICE! Many of these items can be purchased together for a combined savings on each piece. All listed prices and combo offers include shipping to the continental United States. Other buyers, contact me by PM for shipping costs. I may be interested in trade, but I am mostly looking for buyers here. However, if you think you have something to barter with, PM me and we'll discuss it! I also love to haggle, so if you think you have a better price for me, let me know. I'll consider all offers. **

Banjara Mirror Belt ($25): This belt came from a mirrored Banjara strip that was cut into two pieces, then modified with black ties on each side to be used as a panel belt with a front and back piece. A good accent piece on top of skirts, and these massive mirrors will certainly get you noticed! Pictured here on a dancer whose hips measure 37".

Hip scarves ($12 ea., $20 for two, $25 for all three): Three much loved hip scarves that have been sitting at the back of my closet for a while. The red and black scarves are average size. The bronze hip scarf is longer than the other two and would wrap very well over larger hips.

Red w/ red sequins that flash iridescent greens and blues: imageshack.us/photo/my-im...rffront.jpg/
Bronze w/ bronze sequins: imageshack.us/photo/my-im...rffront.jpg/

Melodias in white faux assuit ($65): This pair of Melos are beautiful, but it's been sitting in my closet unloved and deserves a more affectionate owner. Beautiful ivory mesh with a faux assuit design and a sheer inner lining. These were sized as S33, but I am standing on my tiptoes in the picture, and they're still engulfing my feet, so they can be worn by longer-legged dancers than I. They are not tight on me at all and may accommodate anywhere from XS to M. I'm wearing black tights under the pants which illustrates the meshy and sheer quality of the fabric. You will want to wear nude tights under these for performance.

Blue chiffon pantaloons ($20, see bottom of post for multiples discount!): Very full pantaloons with a thin black cotton elastic waist and elastic at the ankles. With my slightly shorter legs, these babies are huge and fill out skirts very well. Would easily accommodate a taller dancer.

Green cotton pantaloons ($15, see bottom of post for multiples discount!): Plain jane green cotton pantaloons that get the job done. Very breezy and comfortable. Elastic waist with a drawstring tie, drawstring closures at the ankles. Very, very small white mark on one leg (we're talking maybe a centimeter long) that may have been there from the time of original purchase. Otherwise, these are in perfect shape.

Banjara anklets/bracelets ($35): These would make great upper arm bracelets for the right dancer. These anklets were intended to be upper arm bracelets for me, but my arms were too skinny! Lots of beautiful stamping in the metal, and a clasp that will never loose its post. Measures 3" from side to side on the interior.

Red Jaipur skirt ($55): This skirt is loooong and has thus incurred some damage to the lowest part of the hem. I had been planning to remove the lower most tier entirely (only about 1.5" wide) to make the length less cumbersome, but I've never gotten around to it. Deeply discounted in regards to said hem damage. Zipper near the drawstring doesn't work, but with the help of the drawstring and a safety pin, this has never presented any issues.

Green cotton skirt ($30): Heavy cotton (i.e., not tissue-weight cotton), hunter green skirt. Not quite the same shade as the pantaloons above, a little bit darker than those. My inseam is 33", and these measure up to feel just a little short on me. There is material that could be let out at the waist, or it could be left as is and used for layering.

Black Sari wrap skirt ($25): A beautiful sheer sari wrap skirt with delicate silver embroidery. This skirt once had a pink satin lining that was removed. Although some wisps of that lining are still sewn into the hem and the waist, the lining was cut very close to the seam so that the remnants are almost unnoticeable. Would make great bra cover-up fabric, or someone handy with a sewing machine could remove the remnants of lining and have a truly elegant layering skirt.

Green embroidered layering skirt ($15, see bottom of post for combo discount!): Kelly green skirt, synthetic fabric with silver embroidery on multiple tiers.

Veils ($15 for one, $25 for both, see bottom of post for combo discount!): These veils are both a synthetic sheer material. The solid green one is the same shade of green as the green embroidered skirt listed above, and the two would make a nice set. The other is a veil with a pretty, watery pattern of variegated reds. Both make sturdy veils and breathable cover-ups.

Tawapa white bone spirals ($15, see bottom of post for multiples discount!): Let my gauges get smaller, so these lovelies no longer fit. Look great with any outfit. I'll boil these down before sending them out. 2ga.
Spirals: imageshack.us/photo/my-im...spirals.jpg/

Tawapa black bone dong hoops ($40, see bottom of post for multiples discount!): I love these dong hoops, but my smaller piercings mean I never get to wear them anymore. Once offered on Tawapa's website, currently out of stock. I'll boil these down before sending them out. 2ga - 0ga.

Geisha Moth Ruffled Mini ($30): This adorable ruffle skirt is great for performance or practice. It's gotten a little dusty in the back of my closet, and that just won't do! Black cotton and stretch lace with a little bit of black sequin, a sari trim along the waist, and bright silver medallions to adorn the hips. Size small, but may fit a medium if you're okay with the medallions sitting a bit farther out.

Bag of Cowrie Shells (free if requested with the purchase of any other item!): A bag of approximately 30 cowrie shells to add to your costuming stash! You never know when you'll need more! Pre-halved and ready to be sewn on to the costume piece of your choice.
